What it makes possible

See what changes between study visits.

Configured collection windows turn permissioned Apple Health records into longitudinal mobility series with source, coverage, and completeness retained.

01

Collect between visits

Read configured Apple Health categories during preoperative and postoperative windows. Apple Watch records can be included when the study permits them.

Configured Apple Health collection screen
02

Know what is usable

Every observation shows its source, collection window, unit, visible-sample count, completeness state, and method.

Observation review with source and completeness information
03

See change over time

Daily and weekly values become descriptive series with comparability, missing data, and discontinuities made visible.

Descriptive mobility series
04

Connect to the existing study

Versioned JSON and CSV exports use a coded study identifier so mobility records can connect to an existing registry or PMCF study.

Versioned JSON export review

What it does

Objective mobility data between orthopedic study visits.

Collects, organizes, and exports longitudinal Apple Health records for sponsor, investigator, or qualified-reviewer interpretation.

01

Uses devices participants already carry

The iPhone app reads permitted Apple Health records, including Apple Watch-contributed data when allowed.

02

Collects configured mobility categories

Includes step count, walking speed, step length, asymmetry, double-contact percentage, stair speeds, distance, and standing activity where available.

03

Preserves the data trail

Retains source, device and software version, timestamps, collection window, unit, provenance, and completeness.

04

Makes change visible

Presents baseline and postoperative periods, daily and weekly values, descriptive series, and missingness.

05

Connects to existing studies

Versioned JSON and CSV exports carry coded study and export identities for connection to existing records.
